Easily connected
Convenient location that omits a quick access to the highway and the metro in front of the city center. The only flaw I can detect for those of us who have rented cars: the really expensive daily hotel parking (25 € ). We solved it by parking outside (safe zone); the only problem is the scarce amount of free parking. For the rest comfortable rooms in hna area however equipped with everything.

Comfort stay at Novotel.
Nice ,comfortable,clean and the location is great which is near Reim Arcaden mall which makes it easy to spend my day shopping and the hotel has good amenities and I thank all Staff that makes the guest more happy and specially the manger is called Julian ..

The noise isolation is not very good. If someone is chi-chatting in the hall way, you can hear it very clearly. The door slamming is also very heavy. The air conditioner takes time to really cool down the room. Fortunately it is convenient and the internet is fast.

Excellent hotel in the conference area in Munich.
I stayed for a week at this hotel a few steps from the ICM International Congress Center Messe München in Munich. I booked an Executive Room (1 double bed with sofa bed) with good spaciousness and equipped with all the amenities...from slippers, to a shoehorn, to a hairdryer, etc. The package included free-minibar service and the room was clean from the first day. The facility is modern. The bathroom is newly built and is organized in a comfortable and rational way. It is equipped with a restaurant that I used on the first evening upon arrival. Limited dishes but overall well prepared. The breakfast buffet is international, with a focus on savory options over sweet ones. I must say that the beds are very comfortable and above the average of many hotels in the same chain. I slept great, thanks also to the low noise level in the area, which has little traffic due to the pedestrian zone surrounding it. Naturally, the center of Munich is a bit far... about 20-25 minutes by subway, but it is very well served by the U2 subway line. On the other hand, for me, proximity to the ICM congress center was essential. A few steps away is the Riem Arcaden shopping center, very popular with Bavarians, which offers clothing, dining, electronics stores, and also very well-stocked drugstores. I used it to redo my wardrobe because my suitcase was lost on the Lufthansa flight (...but that's another story!). Overall, an excellent solution in the eastern part of Munich near the ICM.
