Stylish and affordable when not exactly trade fair

I chose this hotel for a week stay in Munich. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track. Bus stop right nearby. To the subway 10 minutes walk. The hotel is stylishly designed. All areas are very clean. The service staff are very nice throughout and are happy to help. The room I lived in was equally stylish and quite large. Again, everything very clean. Also the bathroom is large enough, there is also a large flat screen, TV. I had booked breakfast with it, otherwise it costs 19 €. The breakfast is adequate and he you will definitely be satisfied. Parking in the attached car park is also possible. In the house there is also a burger restaurant I can recommend the location

This property is relatively well maintained, but amenities could be a bit better. In the suite there were no mugs (just small coffee cups), no kettle (so no tea), no cutlery and no iron, but there was a stovetop and a microwave, therefore it felt a bit odd, although some cupboards in the kitchen were locked, so who knows if those things were just locked away. Hair drier could do with an upgrade as well. But overall suite was spacious and clean. One downside, they have pushed two beds together, instead of it being a double bed and in the middle of the night one of the beds started drifting away, which was kind of funny, but a bit strange and not what you would expect. Staff was friendly, restaurant is fabulous, breakfast a bit average and location is OK, 14 min walk from U/S bahn or you will need to use the bus or taxi to get there. So if you are looking for something in that area which is basic, it is a good find. Otherwise if you prefer something more elevated amenities wise, it might not be a good fit for you.

Super cool and very well managed hotel !

Location is fine but obviously a bit fare from the center of Munich- you need 25 min with train or buss to reach
Slept one night with family
We will stay here again ✔️

Beautiful, lovely decor.

I was travelling with a group for solo travellers. I enjoyed the modern decor of the rooms. The mattress was too firm for my older bones, but I simply slept on top of one comforter and covered myself with the other.

funky design hotel for a fair price

in qugust i was back in munich to stay at a heavenly suite .
my 3rd NYZ hotel after mannheim and warschau and i again wunderful funky styled..
the suite was spacious and clean . there was no traffic noise to hear.
i get exactly what i needed. a lot of space and gud maintence.
the breakfast buffet was also fine for the price.not so many things to choose like in warsaw ..but also lower priced.
its worth to spend a bit more for a 27m2 room or the heqvenly suite.
the hotel is not in the center , but there is q busstqtion in front of the hotel or you can have a easy 7 min walk to the metrostation.yes i would come back for another stay ,coz i love the design of NYZ hotels.
the employees i had contacted were all niceand i had a gud time.
