Far from the center but good view

It is a nice and well preserved hotel, it feels like an old house for the decoration. It was a little strange the arrival, since there was no one in reception just left the key in an envelope. The room is small, it is practically just the single bed and a small corridor around, but at the same time it is enough for one person. What if the view of the room was great, you see the whole village and the mountains.
A theme to consider is that it is about 20-25 min walk from the train station, and you must climb a steep slope, so it can be heavy for people with lots of luggage.

Right pick in Mittenwald

The right place to stay in terms of location, view and hospitality. Its family run hotel with beautiful design and fantastic service. All our questions and requests were answered and met. Breakfast was really good and if the weather is nice, you can take it outside with a fantastic view. The hotel has its own small territory and sauna on request. Its steps away from all restaurants, city center and major hiking roots. Our room was clean and tidy with amazing view.

Fantastic view, but expensive room

Up to the hill overlooking entire Mittenwald. Nice breakfast room to enjoy this view, but average breakfast. The room was very big for a family, with a very good bathroom, but it was too expensive and without a fridge.

Breathtaking view from the hotel

My husband and I loved the view from the first day we arrived, it’s at night but you still can see the mountain cover with snow even it’s not too clearly. The next morning, the scenery from the hotel is just breathtaking.
It’s near Austria border.
The receptionist was very friendly, they told us things that we need to know and very helpful, the staff in the breakfast room also very friendly even she doesn’t know how to speak English.
We brought our 4 months puppy Golden retriever with us on our trip, they charge us €9/day which is not too bad :) .
Parking is free of charge.
The room is small and the wall is too thin that you can hear someone walking on the hallway and talking in their room.
WiFi was working perfectly fine, at first we have to reconnect every 30 mins but few days before we left, they replaced a good WiFi which don’t require to reconnect every 30 mins.
The breakfast was good.
Tips: if you need grocery store, REWE is the best place to get drinks and foods, good prices with all the stuff they sell

Fantastic!

Awesome hotel! Rooms with outstanding view on Mittenwald. Amazing place! Wonderful location, astonishing view, fantastic family, running this hotel! Definitely the place I'll visit again. Highly recommended!!!
