Very good cost-benefit ratio. Very kind people from the Niemann family. Simple, clean, quiet and friendly, bus stop is 100m away and a 20 min ride downtown. If you are coming to the technology park it’s an 8 min walk. It was unfortunate although understanding that the restaurant was closed for the week.

No chance

Fairly hopeless hotel. Location pretty far from the center, 45 minutes walk. Bus stop is close by. For € 3.60 you can buy a donkey ticket.
For this hotel it is positive that you can park for free, that the rooms are clean, the beds are fine and that the breakfast is ok. But other than that, I'd say stay away from here. The bathroom is super small, shower room is really help. Room was not cleaned and toilet paper was also not replenished. Reception/bar is very limited. Looking for toilet paper, everything turned out to be closed. Kisses are awful, really not doable, so thin. Rooms without balcony, and with a very thin curtain. So at 6 o'clock full light in the room. Full bucket of sun, so also very hot.
Breakfast is complete chaos because nothing is cleaned up at all. The owner does reception duties at the same time as breakfast and that doesn't work for anything. Many waiting because tables are not cleared. Of the 15 tables, 10 tables were littered with the remains of breakfast. Other tables were not set. Mess up. Also the dog houses runs in the restaurant, something that is downright nasty.
The couple who run this hotel are friendly but really have no idea how to run a hotel and organize breakfast. There's a lot of family out there, but nobody's doing anything. Chanceless hotel that really needs decent management and a big refurbishment. We paid well over € 300 for 2 nights at the weekend, with breakfast, which is really way too much for this misery.

Cozy and lovely

I dont know how many stars as it, but i really enjoyed a lovely little very clean hotel with good sized room and a very comfortable bathroom. Breakfast was also very good, but the same every day.
For this price I would definitely recommend
The workers are also very friendly.

Good value for money

This is a small value hotel at outskirts of Munster in a otherwise student populated Horstmarer Landweg. This is not far from the city and all students bike to town. There are some bus connections available as well. Not many restaurants nor bars near this spot.
We stayed here with two families, both with toddlers. The staff was helpful and found us cribs, and otherwise addressed our needs fully.
The breakfast is typical german hotel breakfast, we were satisfied. There are fields and farms next door, so it is not too noisy unless the students are having a massive party in the dorms next door.

Nice family hotel

A great place to stay if you have business to do at the nearby University/Uniklinik/Max Planck. Family run small hotel with personal touch and service. Even though I didn't use the minibar, there is a small one with water, cola and beer... for decent prices (a fraction of what chain hotels charge). I arrived quite late, and for some family hotels is that a problem, but it wasn't here. I was welcomed with open arms. Breakfast was fine as well.
