Great, family-friendly hotel with a beautiful donkey farm and natural garden

We stayed at the hotel with our 2 kids during the Whitsun holidays and explored Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area. The donkeys, sheep and geese were a special experience for the kids, and we adults enjoyed the peace and quiet in the natural garden.
The covered outdoor terrace at the hotel is great, you can really linger here.
The hotel is great, very friendly, family-friendly staff, very tasty and varied breakfast buffet, bright, very spacious rooms, everything very clean and lovingly furnished.
The delicious jams at breakfast are homemade, and you can also buy lavender, liqueurs, vinegar, teas etc. from the hotel's own production.
Free parking and WiFi.
The hotel's location is great for day trips to Berlin and Potsdam (train station only 5 minutes away) to the Designer Outlet Berlin, Karls Erlebnis-Dorf etc.
We will definitely be back:)!! We will stop off again in late summer at the latest, when we go to the Baltic Sea.

Nice hotel

I stayed 1 night during a business trip. Hotel and environment is very nice. It is nearly 30 km to Berlin city center and takes maximum half hour to go by car. I traveled by rental car and do not have any information regarding public transportation. Room was very clean and comfortable and looks very new. According to the information provided by the staff original building is older than 100 years and renovated as hotel 7 years ago. There is big car park at the garden and you can park there free. Wifi was free and signal good. Breakfast was also quite good. Staff was very polite.

Quite place with a nice ambiente

The family owned hotel with lavender as a common thread is maintained with a care about small details which make the guest to feel at home. The hotel is located on a side street without a lot of traffic. A good sound isolation between the rooms. The breakfast is not generous and of big variety, however one should not expect a lot for a price of 9 EUR. The rooms are equipped with a fridge and cutlery, so one has the option to bring his own board.
Different types of house made jams are offered for purchase.

Does what it says very well

This is a Garni hotel which means it doesn't offer any food or drinks, other than breakfast.
It's a very modern hotel on the edge of town at the end of an industrial street. It doesn't feel good when cycling towards it. But, actually, it is good. The rooms are really nice and the ground floor ones open onto a lovely big terrace with comfy outdoor furniture looking out over a field.
You must go into town to eat - a 5 min cycle and there's several options there.
We had a very good breakfast the next morning.
This hotel is used mainly by business travellers who use a keysafe system to access the hotel and room after reception closes at 6pm. And they don't have breakfast either.

Das Hotel ist gut aber...

Das Hotel ist schön,die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich aber den Azubi müsste man etwas zurechtweisen was er tun darf und was nicht!
Tipp: Wenn es Probleme gibt wäre eine direkte Kommunikation mit dem Kunden besser als seinen Vorgesetzten unnötig zu kontaktieren.
(Sowas kann für die Kundschaft sehr unangenehm sein und blöd enden!)
Bitte nicht böse nehmen aber die Bewertung fällt daher für mich etwas niedriger als erwartet aus.
