Fab Apartments

Visited for 3 nights for the Christmas Markets and had an amazing time. The apartments are very clean, spacious and modern with everything you need. Located on a lovely quiet street and there are shops nearby that open early for any essentials. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main town and yes it’s under a railway bridge but we never felt unnerved by this. The key pad is a little tricky ...actually very tricky for me and the hubby as we spent 30 minutes trying to get in (after a couple or more drinks) but when our friends turned up they got us all in with the first attempt haha. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Comfortable enough!

I would give this three and a half instead of four if I could. The apartment is relatively easy to find from the station, entry tricky but once you get the hang of it, it was ok. The apartment was very clean and the owner/manager was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is quite spacious and the washing facilities handy. The sofa bed and pillows provided need improving. Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours and could hear them talking and banging doors through the night, not the fault of the owner but something to be aware of. It was an approximate 15 minute walk to the old town through the railway station. Pretty reasonable rates for basic clean accommodation.

Look elsewhere!

I booked this apartment because of the good reviews, it's proximity to Old Town and the fact that it was a 2-bedroom apartment for our family of four...bad choice! The walls are paper thin and we could hear noise from the neighboring units until late at night! The bathroom needed some serious updating, AND the second morning we found a dead MOUSE under the kitchen table!!! It is within walking distance, but you have to walk under a dodgy railway bridge to get there. I would definitely not recommend this place!!!

Comfortable basic apartment

This is a very secure apartment in an excellent location close to the old city of Nüremburg. We chose this apartment as it had parking and was a good location. The parking is street parking and there is no guarantee of getting a park near the apartment. We parked one block away from the unit. The apartment is well equipped although the instructions in the apartment re shared washing machine were hard to follow and it was only luck we eventually found the laundry in a locked room in the backyard. The WiFi is a local Hotspot WiFi and therefore not secure, no good for banking etc. it also kept timing out if not constantly used so it was frustrating re-logging in all the time. If you book this apartment with your eyes open knowing all this it is basic but comfortable in a good location.

Good apparments

We liked our stay in this appartment they are nice furbished the only thing it missed was a washing machine :( . It is also difficult to find a parking place. There is a Lidl close by and the city center is in walking distance it is also a quiet street. Very clean.
