Very nice and helpful staff. Room is clean in general. Parking is just downstairs with elevator which was a nice plus.

Unacceptable and aggressive behavior against a sick guest. Discrimination and verbal abuse.

I had a terrible and traumatizing experience at this accommodation. I was visibly ill and was undergoing antibiotic treatment. Instead of receiving basic human compassion, I was deeply mistreated. The cleaning staff verbally attacked and harassed me in the rooms. Afterward, the receptionist screamed at me aggressively, yelled "Get out of my hotel!" and threw me out. This was a clear case of verbal aggression, discrimination against a woman, and xenophobic behavior. A professional structure should never allow its staff to treat a paying, sick guest with such violence and lack of humanity. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place.

The hotel was ok. Room was decent - enough room, close to everything in city. We were very unhappy no breakfast was available which we didnt know until we arrived. They was a coffee maker in lobby that was all that was offered. The website says full continental breakfast. They were remodeling the lobby. That is wonderful but maybe you could have offered a grab & go pastry or something. Reduce the price a little to compensate for No Breakfast!

The beds definitely need two pillows. Also, the tile in showers need to be scrubbed better. A small refrigerator would also be nice but i understand this would be asking for a lot at the price. Otherwise, the stay was good especially for the price. I also really liked the coffee machines.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind, even tho they had technical issues with the payment terminal that day. Kept apologizing. All in all, a pleasant stay.
