The property is located a 5 minute walk away from the underground, very convenient for exploring the city and attending the Nuremburg Messe.
It was a quiet, secure area, places to eat where nearby.
Room was cosy and very clean! Bed was super comfortable.
The room was well equiped with a TV, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer, crockery and cutlery.
I was in the room on my home and I felt safe and secure here.

Easy to access Keys on arrival and drop keys off at check out.
Very Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, cozy and felt secure.
Very convenient for accessing the underground as it was only a 5 minute walk from the property.
The room has everything you need for a self accommodated stay.

Hotel Wants horrendous extra fees although everything was tamed , not recommended

Hotel room booked with dogs and everything paid , suddenly the lady wants 40 euros extra, Early Check In only possible against horrendous fees. 1 star is unfortunately not recommended !

I had over looked the information about how to check in and no one had contacted me prior to my stay to remind me I had to submit a request on line to receive my code for the room key. Luckily another quest called them for me to get the code.

COLD ROOM ALMOST PERMANENTLY

We were for the New Year celebrations in Nuremberg (Humboldt location).
We were more than disappointed with this accommodation which was clean and not too far from the City Center (tram line no. 5) but on the other hand it was constantly cold.
We reported this to the person who manages these rentals but who is never on site. Everything happens via SMS.
She told us that this heating problem was strange and that if we wanted she would call a repairman or we could change rooms. But we didn't want to because when talking to our roommates they had the same problem and what's more, they said that their room was disgusting, smelled musty and that they were also cold. They stayed only one night. So there was no need to change rooms, we just wanted to leave. The water in the sink and sink took 5 minutes to reach normal temperature. In the bathroom there was a sign posted with various advice and restrictions (must save water and heating) but when we go on vacation in winter and visit throughout the day, we like to find heated accommodation .
There the heating was intermittent and regulated by the person in charge of management (remotely)
A word of advice if you still come to Humboldt, then remember to bring very warm clothes because it is not pleasant after a day of visiting to return to a barely heated room.
We regret our choice and we will never return.
