Great hotel near Altstad with fantastic breakfast

Parking under hotel for neat price. Nice and helpful staff, nice room with bathroom. Fantastic breakfast. Definitely one of the best ever in hotel. Walking distance to Altstad

Everything top-notch!

I had a quiet, spacious room. The amenities included everything one can expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to the breakfast: with the variety of the offerings, really no wishes remain unfulfilled.

air condition and active ventilaation

We had a five-day event in this hotel, with many of our group also lodging there. Everything was just perfect. I personnally value that there is not only air condition but also active ventilaation, which means there is never the need to open a window. This is in particular helpful for the rooms to the street. Noteworthy also the location, few minutes to the main train station, ten minutes to the city center, five minutes to a beautiful park from where one can walk for ours by the river.

The staff were helpful and understanding when I failed to appreciate how the key card unlocked the room electricity. The laughed with me!

Good choice near the station

The hotel is a little faded, but clean, comfortable and functional. The location is good, about ten minutes walk from the main railway station.
We had a pleasant room with a comfy bed and equipped with a Nespresso machine, tea kettle, fridge and (old style) safe.
Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes on offer. The breakfast was was a bit small for the number of guests and it was hard to find a spare table at times.
We would stay here again.
