Unique location with nice Mood and extremely nice staff

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful room. We find the Mood and staff very pleasant and the quality of dinner and breakfast excellent.

No temperature control - Pure heat

We stayed several nights at this hotel and unfortunately found that the stay was in no way up to the standard you can expect at this price.
The room was permanently 27 °C – regardless of the outside temperature. Restful sleep was unthinkable, and no remedy was possible. A refrigerator was defective, it smelled unpleasant of drain, the water temperature in the shower fluctuated constantly, the toilet lid was loose and a motion detector with bright light could not be deactivated.
However, the behaviour of the hotel management was particularly disappointing: Instead of offering a solution or at least a discount, we were only suggested to change rooms repeatedly – even though it was confirmed that the same heat prevails in all rooms. To our polite hints, the boss reacted unculpably and dismissively by remarking that we should “book a room with air conditioning next time”.
Pros: Breakfast and comfortable bed.
Conclusion: A long list of significant shortcomings, combined with a complete lack of customer focus. We cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise against booking.

Never again

I had to cancel my holiday trip with four different hotels due to the sudden death of my mother. Even on the day of the departure, I cancelled the hotel bookings. At 3 hotels was immediately and without ifs and but the willingness to cancel the booking without consequence of costs. Only the Hotel Post balked and the decision makers settled 80% of the costs. Although this settlement is based on the terms and conditions, it lacks any empathy. Decision makers are business cards and therefore I will never book and recommend this hotel again!!!
