A successful celebration !!

We have Rose Tuesday the 80th. Celebrated my husband's birthday in the Knights Room.
From the appointment with first wishes,
then the final meeting with a very competent employee who made us aware of specifics about individual drinks of the brewery;
then the celebration: very friendly, attentive and well-organized staff, the fantastic food (outside guests who did not know the place praised the tasty and at the same time served food to all present), all of this has contributed excellently to ALL of them being VERY satisfied.
Again a "thank you" to the kitchen and the entire staff.
YOU helped make it a successful evening.

Bad experience

In the evening we came spontaneously by. According to the app, tables were still available and the store was only half empty.
Nevertheless, we were sent away, as there was supposed to be a huge onslaught coming.
We asked if we could at least have a beer outside. The waiter with the glasses said: “Yes, but that may take time.”
A total of six new guests arrived in the 35-minute wait – so much for the “huge onslaught” if you obviously don’t want to work.
After 35 minutes, we left without beer.

Watch out! Table reservation via open table for a fee

I have reserved a table for a meal with several people and was asked to confirm the reservation by SMS shortly before the appointment. So far so good. A month later, the bill for the confirmation text message flutters into my house. No mention was made of the fact that the confirmation SMS is subject to a charge. Very bad style and - Brau Rütershoff, you're out of line.

Hotel good

I can recommend the hotel. It was very quiet and the dinner was good too.
When I left, I was charged €12.60 for 3 bottles of 0.5 liter Pilsen beer that I took home. I felt that was a rip-off and it ruined my positive impressions.

Hotel und Restaurant ausgezeichnet

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer war super groß. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr köstlich und läd zum Verweilen ein. Das Fernsehen ging sehr gut und war groß. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
