Returning once again

It is good reasons for returning to this nice hotel, perfectly located at the Munich airport. Nice sleep, clean room, welcoming staff and a bathtub!

Fine for an airport hotel stay

We had to stay at the Munich Airport Hilton because Lufthansa canceled our flight to the USA. The hotel is very convenient, the room was modern. The restaurant was great (excllent veal schnitzel )and lots of veggie options for my vegetarian partner.
We were worried about waking up the next morning and charging our phone/Ipad. Our converters were checked in our bag. The room has no USA plug point (not even in the bathroom), the USB connector is for USB only (not newer USB-C which is the standard now in Europe and USA). We asked at the front desk for a convertor, and they were of no help. For a business hotel at an airport, you would expect they would be able to easily accomodate this.
I rate this place as "average" and if you are at the airport and need a place to stay than it is great. As far as above average, or even exceptional, it has work to do.

Perfect airport hotel

Really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Munich Airport. We stayed in a King Executive Runway View which had windows on two sides giving great views of one of the runways there. The room was modern, clean and comfortable and is probably the rest room I have stayed in, in recent years and included an impressive bathroom which included both a bath and stand alone shower. The hotel is quite vast and there was a bit of a walk to the central area with the reception restaurant, but nothing that would phase most people. I loved that we could easily walk to Terminal 2 and the shops and restaurants between the terminals from the hotel. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel can’t be beat if you have an early flight or you want to rest after your arrival in Munich. We checked our bags at the check-in when we arrived in the morning and then toured Munich using the train system which has a stop conveniently located in the airport until check-in time. The hotel’s spa (included) had a wonderful pool, saunas, and steam room. It is staffed and towels, hot tea, and other refreshments are available. Just the thing for unwinding at the end of a busy day.

Fantastic Stay

My family and I stayed here in early July. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel went above and beyond and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel and rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel itself is in great condition and in a great location with easy walkable access to the airport just steps away.
We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
