Amazing Staff -And Location in Frankfurt

Staff at this Sheraton are first class , polite , professional and very helpful providing directions , all the reception teama dn bar staff are amazing, especially AYA THE RECEPTIONIST

Wait until it’s renovated.

Pros: nice staff , convenient parking, central location, quiet, clean
Cons: -Air Conditioning did not work in our room.Had a sleepless night.
- rooms need to be renovated
- couldn’t call front desk from room phone.Number not listed.
Staff attempted to correct the problems in the room but it was not possible. Renovation of hotel is scheduled soon - call ahead and make sure to stay in a newly renovated room if not find a different hotel.

All services top notch. Huge + is garage parking and metro station around the corner. Walk in distance to center, restaurants & groceries

Worst hotel I know

Food was insufficient. I had diarrhea after breakfast. At the next meeting there was coffee, drinks, and I asked for a peppermint tea because of my gastrointestinal issues; it was denied, saying they could not do that. The food in the evening was also insufficient, everything too dry, one was practically choking, especially in 42°C heat, and furthermore, the A/C was turned off during the meal, incredibly poor service. I have never experienced that before, not even elsewhere abroad.

Quiet

Check in was quick and friendly and the receptionist explained dinner and breakfast times. When I asked if he knew about train times he researched on the receptions computer for me and was very helpful. The train station outside the hotel, (1 minute walk) and takes 30 mins to airport. Our room was very comfortable and very quiet, spare pillows in the wardrobe. Water available, coffee machine. Free WiFi and easy to log in. A lovely beer garden seating area outside for a cool drink in the sun. Beautiful Busing Palais within the grounds. Nice setting, nice rooms, nice staff and a calm experience.
