Great place to stay next to the beach
At the beginning of August, we spent 4 nights in this hotel. In general, we were very satisfied and recommend the hotel to everyone who looks for a good quality accommodation next to the sea in the Rugen Island. The location is great - just a 100 m from the beach.
The apartment we chose was not very big but just enough for a few day stay. As you see in the photos, it is decorated in a home style which we really liked. It also has a nice balcony with chairs and a table.
There are two things missing - one easy to fix; the other more difficult.
The first one is a kettle to boil water and mugs with a selection of teas. In a hotel charging 300 EUR per night, it should be a standard as it is in so many hotels.
It wouldn't do much damage to the hotel owners but it would be standard amenity in many, even cheaper hotels.
The other thing is the air-conditioning. We looked around and indeed in this town, we haven't seen many air-con units on other buildings so perhaps it is not common. In hot days, though it would make the stay nicer especially at night. During the day you are usually out and about. I understand though it is not an easy fix. I would also praise breakfast offering as well as the swimming pool.
Even though we were there in the middle of summer, the pool was not that popular; you could have a swim in the afternoon.
All in all, it is a place - however not cheap- that is highly recommended for its location, quality, the level of service as well as tranquility which we needed.

Rest at the highest level – absolute recommendation!
My stay at the LOEV Hotel in Binz was simply outstanding from start to finish. I was warmly welcomed at check-in and immediately felt welcome. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times, without being intrusive – exactly how one imagines excellent service.
My room was modern, tastefully furnished, and spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed by the comfortable bed, the high-quality amenities, and the pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom was also well-maintained and left nothing to be desired.
The breakfast was a real highlight. The selection was varied and high-quality – from fresh rolls and regional specialties to fresh fruit, various egg dishes, and excellent coffee. Everything was freshly prepared and very delicious.
The hotel's location is perfect. The beach promenade and the pier are just a few minutes' walk away. At the same time, the hotel offers a pleasant quietness, so you can wonderfully rest and relax.
The wellness area also convinced me. It was modern, very clean, and the ideal place to unwind after a day at the beach.
Overall, my stay at the LOEV Hotel exceeded my expectations in every respect. The combination of excellent service, stylish ambiance, outstanding breakfast, and perfect location makes this hotel an absolute recommendation. I felt completely comfortable and will gladly return during my next visit to Binz. Many thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable stay!

very, very nice hotel and really very good service
We spent a long weekend at the LOEV as a bride and groom with our guests and were very enthusiastic about this hotel from the very beginning. The hotel is very beautiful and very modernly furnished, the restaurant and the outdoor terrace are connected, so you can spend time there in the evening in a relaxed way. We can also only express our thanks for the service...first-class and has become rare these days. Other hotels should really take a page out of their book here. A very clear recommendation for those who have certain standards. In terms of price, the whole thing is positioned a bit higher, but in return you get an overall package that really justifies it. We will definitely come back.

Great experience, will return
Rooms were quiet and clean with fridge and Nespresso machine. They are smaller than they look on the pictures. The bathroom was also rather on the small side, but the shower cabine was one of the few ones where absolutely no water spilled. Nice toiletries. Great! I had a Dünenwind room and those are only on the first and second floor. Spa is also good and one can swim lanes. However, it is in the basement and there is no daylight. Breakfast has great range of foods, lots of vegetarian and vegan options, but for those who want it a bit un-heathier, there is also prosecco.
Staff is very helpful, but has a sense of Nordic humour you need to get acquainted to.
The hotel is directly at the beach and the high street and you can walk to the train station.
