Dirty-defect descriptions in need of rubbing on the net are unrealistic
1. The hotel door is closed, the reception is not staffed and you have to call the German mobile phone number to describe your problem in English and then minutes later get someone sent by, who then lets you into the house. Then it goes up two stairs with all the luggage, no lift or similar, the lady in the sweatsuit was also not motivated and preferred to hang on the mobile phone between short English phrases
2. The first room was a smoking room of a chain smoker (note the hotel is supposedly non-smoking area).
3. After changing rooms, the next problems were already there: Room heavily dirty, toilet falls from the wall and hangs crooked, shower dirty, the hair of the predecessor was still in, the walls and tiles all dirty, apart from the missing damp room sockets in the bathroom times, the towels and the linen had stains, the upholstery also and on the sofa someone probably got his days....
All in all, a single disaster. The description on the Internet and on her website must have written an AI, is not true at the back and front. After we left the hotel in a curse and threw the key in the mailbox, they were not interested in the execution on the phone, why we do not want to stay. They only referred us to Booking and they would handle everything else. We had the impression that cancellation was already routine for them and they calculate with the cancellation fee.

Second floor ceiling plexiglass window
We received a room on second floor with a window massive plexiglass window above the bed and no way to stop the light from coming in so no choice but to wake up at sunrise plus a sera effect, very hot and, of course, no air-conditioning.
I asked to swap the room but as explained above, it seems that all the rooms are already checked in, I was sceptical to believe that and the reason is that nobody likes to wake up on Sunday morning on a holiday weekend at sunrise.
It is my worst hotel experience so far, I do not recommend unless you are a morning person and there is no rain, I do not want to know how the rain sounds on that cheap plexiglass ceiling window with no blinds.
