Green and clean campground

We stayed one night on the way to Denmark. In the off season using an ACSI card there’s a discount. We paid €39,40, still a bit expensive, but we’re with 4 people.
A very nice welcome at the reception and we got to pick a spot. We chose 50.
The toilet buildings are clean and spacious. The walk around the lake next to the campground is about 3.1 km, this was very nice to do and also for a run around the lake in the morning.
The reception sells a few essentials and you can order breads for the next day (cash only).

A wonderful stop on our Scandinavian road trip!

We stayed at KNAUS Campingpark Oyten and were genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and helpful attitude.
The campsite is very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. The surroundings are peaceful, with a lovely lake that creates a relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a long day on the road.
For families, this campsite is an excellent choice. There is a great playground for the kids, plenty of open space to play, and several activities to keep everyone entertained. Our children had a fantastic time.
We also enjoyed the small café/restaurant, which was convenient and added to the overall experience.
What stood out most was how comfortable and welcoming the entire campsite felt. The facilities were clean, the environment was safe and family-friendly, and everything was thoughtfully maintained.
We have stayed at several campsites during our trip through Scandinavia, and KNAUS Campingpark Oyten is definitely one of our favorites.
Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone traveling by camper or caravan. We would happily stay here again!

Okay for one night, but otherwise ...

Hmm, everything is very old. You cannot use the minigolf or the beer garden, both of which are mentioned in the description. The beer garden no longer exists and the minigolf course is very old; it looks as if it hasn't been played on for several years. The campsites mostly have hollows; when it rains, there is standing water everywhere. The dog showers are also a joke; it is just an outdoor basin with a shower rod. The only things that were good are the new washhouse and the lake. But for the price, it is absolutely not justified. Okay for one night, but otherwise not. It is a real shame; with the name Knaus and the price, you at least expect that what is mentioned is in a reasonable condition.

Far too expensive!

We arrived late in the evening. The reception was already closed. At noon the next day we drove on. It was just a short stopover. We are self-sufficient.
For the short time we got an express price of 35,- Euro. Very friendly.
However, for aircraft noise and noise from the highway, the price is a cheek.

Tandy traveller

An old large passing campsite next to the autobahn A1 outside Bremen.
When we were there it was Feuer festival with a lot of people and Beer tent with pizza fries etc.
There is also a Wake board facility with seating and dining by the lake.
Many long-distance locations.
