Non-customer oriented
Check-in was only scheduled between 17:00 and 19:00, according to the information. Around 6:40 p.m. I tried several times to contact the landlord by phone or by booking to report a minor traffic-related delay (road renovations and Christmas market with road closures). However, the only phone number provided was not available. An additional message sent was only answered after about an hour.
Upon our arrival at 7:02 p.m., no contact person was present nor were keys or an alternative access solution deposited. Despite repeated attempts to contact the landlord remained unavailable for a longer period of time.
This situation was particularly problematic as I was with my wife and two young children. We had to wait over an hour outside the apartment without any support or information. Since it was not possible to stay on site, we were finally forced to look for an alternative hotel at short notice.
Regardless of internal check-in regulations, I believe that a contact option or a reliable handover solution that can be reached at any time is part of the basic duty of care to guests, especially if a delay is announced in good time.
Overall, this incident leaves the impression of a lack of organisation and reliability. I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Scammed!
I would like to strongly warn you all not to book here. After clear communication from our side that we arrived later in connection with the traffic jam, which was not responded to. We literally stood in front of a closed door with baby and a child in the car. No way of communication was possible, not even through Booking. We were forced to book another accommodation. By now we had had a long journey and it was already midnight. We had booked for 4 days and not stayed a single day. Peter Hart is tough and ruthless and already had his money in. After a few days of telephone contact, he put me on hold and to this day no answer!! It is totally different from what the pictures show! Again people, DO NOT book this apartment.
