Excellent

Located very well for trams and buses to central Potsdam and easy links to the S-Bahn for Berlin. Breakfast was offered with a wide variety of choices. The staff were pleasant and efficient and the room was clean and fully served its purpose.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay – highly recommended!

Our stay at Hampton by Hilton Potsdam Babelsberg was excellent all round. The hotel impresses with its modern, stylish design and a very pleasant atmosphere.
The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful throughout – from check-in to check-out, you felt welcome and well looked after. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortably furnished, with comfortable beds and very good facilities that leaves nothing to be desired.
Also to be highlighted is the rich breakfast: large selection, fresh produce and very good quality – a perfect start to the day. The location of the hotel is also ideal: well connected, quiet and yet quick in Potsdam or Berlin.
Overall an excellent hotel with very good value for money. We will come back anytime and can recommend the Hampton by Hilton Potsdam Babelsberg without restriction.
Our special thanks go to the General Manager for her extraordinary commitment.
The extremely hardworking, passionate&present manner really impressed us!

Warning!

We arrive at 7 PM and find out that the rooms are not ready. We also find out that AC does not work.
We then ask to cancel and to get a receipt that we do not have to pay anything which we get.
Later when Booking wants confirmation that we will not pay Hampton by Hilton refuses even though we have receipts telling us to get our money back. We had booked three rooms for two nights at a cost of 850 euros which they want to keep even though we didn't even check in.
I end up having to go from Berlin back to Potsdam to sort it out on the spot and then I finally get my money back. It took me a whole day of my vacation to rule with this. Can really not recommend this to anyone.

Come a casa

My stay at Hampton by Hilton was truly excellent. From the very first moment, I felt that I was in a place that combines comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and carefully maintained down to the smallest detail.
However, what truly makes a hotel special is not only the beautiful rooms, but the people who work there. I would especially like to mention two wonderful employees, Niki and Francesca . They were extremely professional, always in the best mood, and greeted everyone with a sincere smile. They made not only me, but also the other guests feel very comfortable, welcome, and at home.
Their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help show that the true value of a hotel lies in its people. Niki and Francesca are definitely one of the greatest assets of Hampton by Hilton.

Family-friendly starting point to explore Berlin

Cool, very new hotel and a good starting point to explore Berlin and the surrounding area or go directly opposite to the Filmpark.
The hotel is well connected to public transport, two bus stops outside the door and a train station in under 5 minutes walk. In about 30 to 45 minutes you are in Berlin and do not have to worry about parking.
The room was very spacious, equipped with a nice bathroom and a large shower.
The breakfast was good, especially the waffle iron for my own waffle in the morning with dough dispenser was a highlight for my daughter.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
In the evening definitely go next door to the steakhouse Mirabell to eat really well, or just have a drink.
Overall, a really round thing.
