Short vacation

Anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained accommodation is exactly right here. The staff was really super friendly and one felt very comfortable. The food was very, very delicious. We will definitely come back!

Regional, seasonal, freshly cooked and super delicious

We wanted to eat really well in the region and decided on the Gasthof Baltram. It was exactly the right decision: regional, seasonal and very tasty. Towards the end of the season before the company holidays, we were advised of the autumn menu, which is more limited than the main menu. Sustainability is a great topic. The selection was completely sufficient. You should definitely try the dishes with hash browns and fried potatoes - super tasty. Meat cooked to perfection - pure enjoyment. It was immediately clear to us that the promise is kept here and freshly cooked. We recommend the inn with all our heart and soul and thank the whole team for the lovely evening.

Money makes the world go round

Due to a technical error at booking... we unfortunately showed up at the hotel with a small dog. The lady at reception made it clear to us that no animals are allowed in this hotel and dogs are not welcome. So far so understandable. We tried to explain the process to the woman, but unfortunately we were met with choleric retorts. That's fine, but as a customer you naturally question the goodwill. Everything was fully booked and we had to pay the full price for the room. The lady made it clear to us that it was booking's fault. It was fine... but this was purely a matter of human understanding. We couldn't do anything about it at the time and as you can hear from older posts here, money seems to play a bigger role than human understanding. But it fits the whole region booking accommodated us with a discount

Unbelievable View

We had a great experience; the food was good, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a really great bathroom. It is a family owned establishment and we had a great conversation with the family's son.

Bad experience

I give one star not because of bad conditions in the hotel, but due to poor customer services and no empathy. We had a car accident and consequently we were not able to come to the hotel. We had to cancel few reservations but only this one hotel did not agree to give us any discount and charged us with a full cancelation fee, despite the fact that we requested for the discount few days before our planned stay. The money turned out to be the most important. We will definitely choose other accommodation next time.
