Cozy and clean

It was good but difficult to sleep as there was hardly any ventilation and it was hot outside. Also….there was no hot water for 24h…. Literally evening and next morning shower was under freezing cold water

We fully understand how uncomfortable it is when a room becomes too warm and there is not enough ventilation, especially during hot weather. Even more so, we sincerely apologize for the lack of hot water for such a long period. Having to take a cold shower in the evening and again the following morning is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have.
We greatly regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your honest feedback. We will take your comments seriously as we continue to improve the comfort and service for our guests.

Well-run hotel in historic city centre

We had the pleasure of staying at Onno. The rooms were cozy, fine bathroom, breakfast really good and staff friendly and service minded. We'd love to come back.

Great hotel in the middle of Rendsburg!

Very nice hotel with a lot of charm in the middle of Rendsburg! Excellent stop on the journey. Great service and a fantastic great breakfast, clean and nice!

Great!!

We very really pleased with our stay. The room had lots of space to fit our family and the rooms were clean och nice. We could hear sounds from the street below, but that is expected when living so central in a town. The breakfast was small, but had just the things we are looking for. We are were pleased and would absolutely stay here again

Really nice location, room and breakfast. And the staff was very friendly.
Free parking very close to the hotel.
I can highly recommend the hotel.
