Super satisfied!

I work in a facility of the integration aid and was on vacation in early April 26 with two impaired people from my living group at the Seehotel Rheinsberg! Wor were very happy with everything! Nice rooms with disabled fair facilities, very delicious food which was very balanced and rich, friendly and competent staff, a very friendly hotel manager, super swimming pool and very nice area! Me and my two companions were very happy with everything! I can only recommend it. In addition, inclusion is lovingly lived there! Just great! Would also book a private holiday there!

Very nice time out with a lot

For a short break we had decided to stay at the Seehotel. We were positively surprised by the many activities the hotel offers and the very nice location, right on the lake. We were lucky enough to spend our days with sunny autumn weather. The staff is very friendly and always approachable. We will definitely come back.

Highly recommended hotel

Once again guest had been u again absolutely satisfied departed.
Stay in all matters very pleasant, especially highlighting the food offer u including the staff responsible for it. Highly recommended! ediet

I had looked forward to my stay at the Seehotel, booked for three nights during a business trip. The lakeside location and sauna/steam room facilities sounded ideal.
However, upon arrival, I found a note in my room informing me there would be no telephones for the week due to system work. This also meant the sauna and steam room were out of service, as alarms wouldn’t be available in emergencies.
There was no internet or Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel. This was not mentioned in the welcome letter, and when I raised it at reception, the staff shrugged and unhelpfully suggested trying the top floor for a signal. Additionally, mobile reception was poor, and I often had to sit in a dark corridor on the third-floor conference area to connect and work. The staff appeared indifferent to the inconvenience.
When I emailed to raise these issues, I received a handwritten note advising me to speak with reception. However, the house manager was never available when I attempted to follow up.
The hotel itself is in a beautiful location in Rhinesberg, and the breakfast and restaurant staff were wonderful. However, my experience was further soured at checkout when the receptionist insisted I pay, despite having prepaid through Hotels.com. I ended up only paying the city tax, plus €5 per night for parking, which felt unreasonable given the lack of key amenities.
I won’t be returning; prior notice of such disruptions, or a sincere apology, would have gone a long way.
