We were in the area to visit family for a couple of nights, so this was a great location. Our friends really liked that we were "out in the country" rather than in a city.

Reserved for 2 nights, arrived and waited in front of closed door for over 1 hour.
All 3 phone numbers provided called.... no one reached.
Obviously, the hotel is no longer managed.
Moved into another hotel at short notice.

Beautiful holiday

Very cozy furnished hotel. Quietly located with mountain views
Rooms are tastefully decorated.
Extensive breakfast buffet.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Everything very clean.
Would definitely come back.

Charming Inn

Spent three nights at this lovely hotel on a road trip through Bavaria. The Hotel is out in the country with not much around it, however it is so quaint and charming that it didn’t matter. We had a room for three with plenty of room for our bags as room had a lot of storage. We also had a small balcony with table and two chairs.
We were there over the weekend. Friday night we had dinner in the small hotel restaurant. Very nice meal with wonderful service. After dinner the waitress brought us a complimentary shot of schnapps. Breakfast was included in room price and was again wonderful with many types of beads, meats, cheeses, and all the great things a German breakfast includes.
Just be aware that Sunday evening the entire hotel is practically shut down. We came back about 18:00 from a day of exploring the area only to find front door locked and no one around.
I would definitely stay here again. Hotel is wonderful, the staff is amazing and the location is idyllic. Only downfall of our stay was the weather. It was so cloudy the entire time we couldn’t even see the alps.

+ Receptionist friendly
- Restaurant closed, no food available as chef called sick earlier same day and no one to replace him (even for Dinner) although Hotel is situated on the open countryside with no other foodplaces within walking distance.
- messy storage in front of our room (see pics)
- terrible sewage smell from the bathroom despite closed bathroom door
- smelly pillows
- unskilled breakfast chef can't even boil an egg (literally! - no joke!)
- very low ceiling of the room
