Gorgeous and clean hotel, very close to the amazing Europa Park. We stayed in one of their bungalows, which was very spacious and clean.
The air conditioning was amazing, which was very welcomed in the 35 degree heatwave.
Staff were very friendly and always super helpful.

Third time staying (2x as previous name) superb as always. Shame about now charging for parking and poor WiFi in our 2 rooms

Overall, this hotel is a decent alternative to Europa-Park hotels. The location is very convenient (5–10 minutes by car from the park), the staff is genuinely friendly, and the breakfast quality was surprisingly good despite the limited selection compared to E-P resorts.
Visually, the hotel is modern, bright, and gives a great first impression. However, after spending a few days there, several comfort and maintenance issues started to stand out.
The biggest downside is the lack of any food service besides breakfast, which becomes inconvenient after long days at the park especially at night. The Explorer Unit also does not really justify the price difference compared to the standard room.
Cleanliness was acceptable at first glance, but there was a noticeable amount of dust under furniture, especially under the sofa bed and TV unit. The rooms are a bit dusty. We also found the bedding extremely uncomfortable: the mattresses are overly soft, split into two separate parts, and you constantly slide toward the middle gap during the night.
The air conditioning was another major issue. It constantly alternates between blowing very cold air and stopping, causing frequent micro wake-ups during the night. Combined with poor bedding, it made resting properly very difficult after long hot days at E-P.
In the end, the hotel looks nice and the staff is kind, but for the price, there are too many comfort issues preventing the stay from feeling truly relaxing.

Perfect for a family visit to Europa park
The adventure lodge was perfect for our family of 4. Newly refurbished, clean tidy, and super comfortable beds! Close to Europa park!

Horrible experience!!! TO ESCAPE
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this hotel. During my stay, there was no hot water to wash, which is an indispensable basic service. Being forced to take cold showers is already unacceptable, but the handling of the situation has been even worse.
When I reported the problem, the manager was particularly unpleasant and did not take me seriously, openly laughing at me instead of looking for a solution. In addition, she kept me waiting unnecessarily while she quietly had a drink behind the counter, without any consideration for customers.
No sincere apology, no concrete solution. This total lack of professionalism and respect is shocking.
I understand that technical incidents can happen, but the lack of responsiveness and communication from staff has made the situation even more frustrating.
I strongly advise against this property. A hotel that does not provide hot water and whose management treats guests so casually does not deserve the trust of travelers.
When I arrived, I noticed that the room lacked cleanliness and that breakfast did not justify the rate charged. (No pastries, vulgar undercooked mini croissants... and that’s it!! )
