Check in was extremely unorganized and time consuming. The room was EXTREMELY hot. The view was their pool in shambles. The owners decided to vacuum after 10pm which woke up my children and continued for ten minutes.

We stayed for one night at the property. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

The host is super nice.
Location: 5-stars
The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is close to the Europa-Park and restaurants. Parking wasn't a problem.
Cleanliness: 5-stars
The room and bathroom were very clean.
Beds: 4-stars
The bunk beds for the kids were squeaky and woke us up a few times. However, the mattresses were comfortable.
Bathroom: 4-stars
The bathroom was a bit dated and water pressure a bit low, depending on how many people were showering at the same time.
The only thing that was missing was an air conditioner. It was extremely hot at night. However, having said that it is not very common in Germany to find an air conditioner at a hotel or house.
We would definitely stay there again if we come back.

Nice room , but very basic breakfast.

We got a late deal which was very good value for the room which was clean ,comfortable and very nice . It was fairly large and had a comfy double bed ( also had bunks but we didn't need those ), TV and adjoining bathroom with bath/ shower and then a toilet cubicle .Balcony overlooked the pool and jacuzzi ( in which the water was very cloudy and not very inviting)
We were charged 10€ each for breakfast and another 5€ for wifi . The wifi is only available downstairs and not in the rooms and not that great . The breakfast is fairly basic ,and really not worth the money - only one cereal, bread rolls ,butter ,jam tea/ coffee, orange juice , water, cheese,ham and he offers to scramble an egg if you want it Parking spaces available off the road which was good.
From The guest house it is only a 7 minute walk to Europa Park . Owner gave us a voucher for free parking at Euro park ( worth 6€ ) and the same voucher gets you a free 'Euro mouse' cup at the information desk at the main gate .
A good basic stop over if your just looking to get your head down for a visit to EuropaPark.

If owner show us the room and tell us what we cannot do. Im gonna seek another hotel.

We ask before pay if we can make a small grill party with our grill what I have in car. After few hours owner say that we cannot do that. Our bed look fine before i sit on it. You can listen every move. Bathroom was filthy and shower had broken doors, for jaccuzy was extra 60€, no WiFi and swimmingpool was still prepared for winter. We cannot use kitchen becose they need it for breakfast. On breakfast we got cold Coffee, boiled eggs was raw. And happiest moment of this trip was when we leave. Europa Park is realy nice place but this Gaestehaus is horrible.

Danke Kevin für die schnelle Rückmeldung,, seit dem 1.7.2015 ist sehr viel Zeit vergangen,, vieles hat sich verändert,,,in der Familie im Beruf und im Leben,, heute ist ein anderer Stand manches ist besser oder auch vielleicht schlechter als 2015 ,, aber mit 100% Sicherheit ist es anders, wir schätzen die Menschen sehr die zu uns kommen, und respektieren auch ihre eigene Meinung,, deshalb versuchen wir auf dem neusten stand zu sein, und auch nette Gäste empfangen zu können die nicht vorein gekommen zu uns kommen, danke
