Cosy hotel, central and at a very fair price

We stayed for a family reunion at the hotel and always felt very comfortable. Rooms were clean and friendly, beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. ☺️
The staff were all very attentive and accommodating, there was even a night porter every day until 10pm in the off-season.
The hotel is super centrally located, shopping and pedestrian area in less than 5min.
The train station in St. Ingbert can also be reached on foot in about 7 min, to Saarbrücken the journey takes about 15 min by train.
We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful time at the hotel and look forward to the next reunion.

Room good, reception bottomless what is due to the young lady

Stayed at the Golden Star for one night in December for work. The rooms themselves are fine. However, it should be mentioned that the young female employee at the reception whose name went unmentioned was very unfriendly and had only her "smoking break" in mind for all concerns.
At the reception there is a lot of room for improvement but everything else is fine.

Flee room number 10 of the guesthouse

I went in this hotel for a business trip and I was assigned a very small room with mini bathroom. Unfortunately the hotel was full and no possibility to get another room instead of guest house room 10. Breakfast was correct and personal quite kind.
ATM card machine was out of order when time to pay has come.

Best choice for location

We had a seminar to go to in St Ingbert . Hotel was very easy to get to from Saarbruken HBf. Located beside REWE shopping market for convenience. Not much going on in the town , few nice restaurants but otherwise we were happy with our stay.

Nice hotel in the centre of St. Ingbert

I spend one night in this nice hotel. My room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also ok. WIFI did not work. Check in must be done latest 9.00pm as well restaurant is closing that time so this should be taken in account.Service was very polite. Breakfast was very good. Price level also reasonable. I can recommend.
