Short break for two with the bike

Highly recommended, owner-managed hotel, especially for cyclists. Great service and a rich breakfast buffet, very nice staff. Large bike storage and a nice outdoor area to end the day with a glass of wine... anytime gladly again

Welcoming and enjoyable

Lovely spot, really the ONLY spot to stay in Scheer. Excellent customer service, always welcoming, warm, and very helpful. The rooms are neither very small nor very large but worked fine for us and breakfast was excellent and plentiful. It's a bit tricky if you're without a car (we were traveling by train) and you need to walk to a dinner restaurant -- the walk is dark but safe and we were fine with it. We wished they still had their onsite restaurant open (it was when we'd made reservations but has since closed). Hopefully they'll open that again. Very nice stay with very nice people.

Very great, recommended hotel

Great starting point for bike trips. Great service, very friendly people, great breakfast, nice rooms
Bicycle storage room with loading facility.
Highly recommended.
Many greetings and thank you again for the nice stay. A special greeting also to the senior chef with her homemade mules with potato salad and the "soup".

Extremely friendly reception, cozy and quiet rooms, very good breakfast, working electric charging station.
