Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent and definitely worth the price.
We will definitely consider staying at this hotel again if we are visiting this area in the future!

Wonderful! Gladly again!

Room no. 4 had a bay window facing the front of the building, a truly delightful room! Both of us slept extremely well. The windows are mosquito-proof, and you can look out from there onto the pond in front of the door.
Brilliant: there is a very well-maintained, large refrigerator in the hallway that all guests are allowed to use... I was able to store the food, the medication, and the ice packs there overnight.
The staff is not only friendly but also in an exceptionally good mood!
Really great! I will be back!

Near the highway

Near the highway and easy to find. We travelled north and were going with the ferry in Puttgarden but unfortunately breakfast was not served until 8:30 which was way too late for us.
The room was large but the bathroom small, lacked a place for toiletry bags in the bathroom.
The food was not so good, tasteless and strange combinations of flavors.

Apartment - family of four in rural location near Hansapark and Lübeck. Great service and nice staff

Family two adults two children. Rented apartment in the annex next to the main house two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed for the kids, they thought it was comfortable. Bed slightly hard but still ok. Good electronically controlled shutters that completely blocked sunlight - grateful now that it is light early. The kitchen ok equipped, which was enough for the four of us with everything for cooking, glasses, cups, plates etc. Missing microwave.
Celebrated his son's tenth birthday with dinner in the restaurant, the staff had put out a congratulations card and candles, decor etc on the table. The children were invited to ice cream after dinner, nice and generous by them. Small cute lake that was lined with lots of daffodils. Small cute village went to walk around and even out along the country road a good distance if you wanted, ie you can also bike if you wish. It is quick to go to Hansapark as we did on the tenth anniversary (Tip is that children go in for free on their birthday) as well as Lübeck, Timmendorfer beach, Wismar/Schwerin (1 hour).
The downside of the apartment is that it is a steep staircase up there (hard if you are disabled) and that it smells a bit ”old house” / moldy but we aired some so it was better.
