Unique overnight stay in a Monastery!

Last week we had a unique stay in a monastery. This monastery, located on top of a hill, has a beautiful view of Siegburg and surroundings. Your car can be parked in the parking garage at the property. It was quite a challenge to get the car through a very narrow exit.
The room was nice and spacious, had a large double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and you had a Great view from your room. The room was clean and hygienic! Have slept here wonderfully.
In this very large accommodation was also the church, amazing and unreal to see.
The breakfast was Exceptional! A versatile breakfast with delicious sandwiches, scrumbled eggs, eggs, cerials and fruit. Was a large and uncluttered room.
Overall a wonderful stay!
Absolutely recommended!
We will definitely come here again next time at the Catholic-Soziales Institut in Siegburg.

Business trip but a marvellous hotel, quiet, beautifully situated in natıre in a former monastery. Excellent breakfast and dinmer buffet. Recommended to get local experience.

Restful stay in former convent

Let's start with one fundamental thing: in this hotel, a former abbey that has been carefully restored, you sleep well! The thick walls of the convent guarantee an excellent sleep. It is one of the reasons why I often stay there during business trips. The rooms are furnished in a modern/minimal style as is the bathroom. Cleanliness is excellent, if you stay for more than one night you must notify the reception redo the room in the morning, it is not done automatically for green philosophy. There is the possibility to eat buffet at reasonable prices (22,50 € drinks not included) in the dining room. The culinary proposal is normally acceptable; even the breakfast is more than decent both in choice and quality. Next to the hotel there is also another place where you can have a snack and a drink. The hotel is also a kind of art gallery and periodically offers interesting exhibitions in the central corridor. In short, an absolutely advisable stop!
