We stayed in the hotel's new apartment, it was super!!! Except for the old, gross shower curtain, really great! But, the breakfast, the courtyard, the parking lot.... Really bad. Really old and dilapidated. The staff is friendly. Overall impression is.... well! But the new apartments are very modern and beautiful

Nice old classic hotel. Wall to wall carpets, but clean and neat. Booked the hotel four hours before we arrived, as we were driving through Germany on holiday. Came after midnight, but the guy in the reception welcomed us, and carried our bags to our room. Very friendly staff! Nice beds and perfect for a family of four. Close to Heide Park as well.

We were a little disappointed with the room as it didn’t match the photo on your website.
However, it was just one night and it was very clean.

Main house got old, new Göstehaus nice but not clean.

Top location and nicely furnished rooms in the new Göstehaus. The hotel itself is incredibly old and so it smells. In the breakfast room it smells so unpleasant that you can't get a bite down.
As nice as the room in the guest house was, it just wasn't clean. The shower curtain was moldy and on one wall in the bathroom were stains that looked like blood spatter. Very disgusting. And the floor and toilet weren't clean either. As a hygiene item, a bar of soap and two small bags of cheapest shower gel were ready, not really contemporary. We checked out one night earlier, we didn't feel comfortable. Unfortunately.
