Dirty Room
When I checked the front desk employee had to let me into my room and the fitness center for the first 2 days I was there because something was wrong with the key system. The internet did not work my entire stay. This made me completing my work very difficult. When I asked the front desk when they expect it to work they had no ideas and told me to use my phones hotspot. They advertised having a bar, but failed to advertise that it’s closed on the weekends. The bathroom had mildew or mold on every wall, the carpet was stained throughout my room, and the cleaner thought it would be nice to leave hair on the night stand right next to my pillow. When I brought this up to the hotel staff I was told there is nothing that they can about this.
My job was extended me a couple of days. The hotel had no issue extending me for those couple of days but told me that would have to check out and check back in when I get back after work. I had to pack up all of my things take them downstairs on my original check out date. When I went to check out the day shift employee told me there was no need to completely check out all she had to was extend our door keys. This was just another inconvenience this hotel caused me.
I am very disappointed with this hotel.

Disappointing
Upon our arrival the receptionists instead of welcoming us continued to smoke quietly making us wait at least 10-15minutes.
The room dirty, poor quality of sheets and towels, broken key card, no phone in the room, no kettle and the bathroom had the shower rod broken not being able to adjust the height and the water came either too hot or too cold!
The bar h24 does not exist, there are only dispensers for cold and not hot drinks. Night reception non-existent. There is only one security person but no information regarding the hotel.To be a 4 star .. really poor!!
Garage dear, to reach it from the structure is possible with the elevator but if you arrive with suitcases from outside it is not possible and you have to take the stairs because the doors open only from inside with the Key card and not from outside even if you have them.
Location ok. Well served by shops, bars, tram restaurants... Only the breakfast is great with wide choice of products.
