excellent service!

As a part-time wheelchair user, I had a great device and a lot of help up to scraping my car free of snow. Thank you very much. The breakfast buffet was very rich and good. The buffet in the evening was delicious and had a good value for money. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the suite was not wheelchair accessible. A small but painful drop of madness for me.

Old and dirty room

Room 245 is very outdated and not clean at all! Wooden beam on the wall that comes loose and a shelf on the wall that also partly comes loose where a lot of dust creeps in. In the bathroom you can barely move, she is so small! The bed was very low and hard. This room really needs a renovation! The water from pool was cold, thermometer was turned off so not controllable how many degrees this was. Booked through outings; payable locally. We received an invoice of 200€ more than advanced in our confirmation email. After I said something about it, the receptionist had to consult with her boss, eventually paid amount of benefit outings. We had booked a nostalgia room and this was nothing like the picture! Very misleading, okay picture is indication but this was really not comparable!!! The food in restaurant was good, morning always the same on the breakfast buffet. Never even a croissant, coffee cake or cake.. we missed that at the breakfast of a hotel. Dinner good,’every night something different. We would not go back to this hotel. We were 2 adults and a 6 month old baby, we did not have a comfortable stay in this room!

Good charming hotel

Nice staff, clean rooms, nice surroundings. Half board is not great, because of buffet form. Often lukewarm food, if you go a little later, many of the dishes are not really tasty anymore. Cucumber from a carton, frozen pizza. Nice salad bar though.
