Experience the sea
Great location, right on the beach. Rooms country side, large and modern furnishings. Mattress top. Coffee machine and refrigerator available.
Breakfast lacked some refinement, too expensive for burnt scrambled eggs and baked bread rolls (19,90€). Also, there was no follow-up when we arrived for breakfast at 9:30 am ( 7:30-11:00 am). It's too bad.

Non-transparent costs for breakfast
The room was ok and according to the price. Unfortunately, we find the price of breakfast dubious. We had booked without breakfast and always announced the night before whether we wanted to have breakfast. The price when booking would have been 15 euros per person. But we were charged 20 euros per person, they called it "direct booking" on the invoice. But no one has pointed out to us that it will be more expensive if you decide just one day before. That should have been said at check-in, so I feel betrayed. And breakfast itself is then also a weak point. Although in the immediate vicinity is an excellent baker, cheap bakery rolls are served here. This is really a sign of poverty.

Great hotel next to the beach in Niensdorf.Very friendly front desk staff,nice room,balcone facing beach,parking,good breakfast buffet,excellent restaurant with top serviceEverything clean,an ideal place for recreation for couples and families.

Disappointment in the restaurant beach kitchen
Lacking its own entry in Tripadvisor, this is a pure review of the restaurant Strandküche:
As repeat offenders, we were looking forward to a nice evening (mid-May 25), at the end of which we left the restaurant disillusioned.
Specifically:
It started with an asparagus soup with wild garlic pesto for 12 euros, the brew of which just barely covered the soup bowl and tasted like wild garlic rather than asparagus due to abundant pesto. Due to the stingy portion, it was quickly cold even due to a lack of preheated shell.
The main reason for our visit was the "large" wild herb salad (18 euros) with fish fillet (12 euros), which had won us over last year due to the size mentioned, but above all due to its inventive composition and an excellent dressing.
Of these three points, nothing was left to see, let alone taste, this year. Were we already surprised that the question of whether it was over provided the small salad was denied, despite previous demand for nut allergy - the nuts (which were then re-submitted on a plate) and also otherwise any finesse were missing, so that we ultimately got a portion of leaf salads with 2-3 root spirals and vegetable chips, which from the dimension in some other restaurants would correspond to a side salad.
To save honour, it should be noted that the fish was very neatly fried.
However, what caused my devaluation was the reaction to our complaint of taste, especially of dressing. You would have another chef and at home you would prepare a dressing also etas differently can not really apply to a restaurant with aspirations. I expect to cook according to recipe, which will be adopted even if the menu is changed.
This ironed out and of course without even being offered the takeover of our espresos or similar, was probably our last visit.

Nice beach hotel
Smaller, cozy hotel right on the beach. Large room with terrace (note: passing people see the area), comfortable bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. Good breakfast selection, very friendly service. Some parking spaces in the hotel (pre-book) or you take parking at the nearby supermarket. Unfortunately only minisafe in the closet. Restaurant in the hotel is also recommended.
