I was very satisfied

Great location, very friendly staff and a very devoted boss who takes care of and creates a pleasant atmosphere. My room was a bit old, but a very good bed where I slept well.

Overpriced, dated and dirty

Dated but that's not bad but very dirty. Sweater from closet full of dust, tubes four poster bed full of dust, closet bathroom full of dust, garden furniture worn and worst of all....made in food etc etc

As always, just joy, cosiness, good mood and fantastic food (like years ago with my grandmother Brunhilde), your excellent Riesling and so much more...
If I left fats with the room key, so we did not want to leave you !

Relax in the wine land!

We had a deal card and because we like trekking we decided to book at the Simon Hotel. We had an arrangement with breakfast and dinner and we stayed 3days. The food was very good and every day fresh. The staff is very friendly and always ready for any request. The tenant is a very nice and friendly woman. The location is good and the place is also nice, very attentive in details, it makes you feel home. It's a quite place and you can taste an amaZing wine!

A so-so experience

We stayed for one night on our way from Germany to Luxembourg. The service was friendly and the room was clean, but overall the property and its surroundings could do with a bit of attention. The bar/restaurant was quite dingy and we opted to walk 5 minutes to a nearby restaurant for dinner.
I did not appreciate the owner trying to scam Booking.com by reporting us as no-shows immediately after we checked out (and after making us pay in cash because she claimed that Booking.com takes such a high cut from her that she can't afford credit card fees on top of them). We had to deal with Booking.com to ensure them that we had in fact shown up and stayed there.
All in all, an OK no-frills place for one night, especially considering the price.
