Great country hotel!!

We stayed a few nights over New Year's Eve at the Landhotel Mühlengrund. I can only say 5 out of 5 stars!
Family-run, you can feel the cosy atmosphere right at check-in and you feel immediately welcome!
The guest is clearly the focus. “Special requests” are fulfilled immediately. Exceptionally helpful!
The rooms are very clean and well equipped.
Breakfast is great, plenty of choice, there is something for everyone and plenty there.
Helpful tips and tricks for “entering” Winterberg (ski season) are gladly given. Insider knowledge is worth gold.
The location is ideal, close enough to be fast in the hustle and bustle, far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The journey to Winterberg takes about 5 minutes. Since the crowd comes from the other direction, you don't have to be stuck in traffic jams.
We ate twice in the evening in the “hotel” restaurant - really delicious!!
All in all, it was a great getaway. We were here for the first time, but certainly not the last.

Recommended restaurant in Züschen

In a warm and welcoming atmosphere this restaurant - and hotel - offers traditional German cuisine dishes of excellent quality. Our family enjoyed four different meat dishes which were all to our liking, served with a variety of side dishes. Recommended!

Great Hotel with friendly and homely service

My Fiance and I were welcomed warmly at the Hotel muhlengrund. The Manageress is very hands on and was very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom was clean and quite cosy. We enjoyed the sauna at the hotel. Definitely a must do when visiting there in the winter.
It is quite a distance from the Hotel to the centre of Winterberg, but the hotel provided us with free bus ride pass. The breakfast which was included in our booking was ok and there was more then enough to eat. The dinners was delicious but more on the expensive side and limited choices.

TOP - Biker Wochenende im Hotel Mühlengrund

Wir waren mit 8 Harley Fahrer / Bikern am letzten August Wochenende im Hotel Mühlengrund.
Was soll ich sagen / schreiben.....;-))
Angefangen von der Gastfreundschaft der Familie Schloßmann - insbesondere Birgit - , jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend, das Essen war der Hammer, fünf Sterne für da Essen, top sauber, tolle Parkplätze (abgeschlossen) der Harleys / Bikes. die gesamte Anlage mega gepflegt.
Alle waren so begeistert, dass wir bereits am ersten Abend für das nächste Jahr 2023 wieder gebucht haben. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unser Wiedersehen.

Tolles Bikerhotel

Bei unserer Tour im Sauerland haben wir hier eine Nacht verbracht.
Die Zimmer sind von der Einrichtung her gut und vorallem sehr sauber.
Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend und das Essen am Abend Top!
Die Maschinen stehen geschützt im Hinterhof und auch das ein oder andere Equipment für das Bike wird einem zur Verfügung gestellt.
Klare Empfehlung von Bikern für Biker!
