Very service-minded and friendly

We stay at many Scandic hotels, but this one really surprised us in a positive way. The level of service was a notch above what we usually experience at other hotels in the same chain. We especially appreciated the friendly and attentive service from both the reception staff and the breakfast team. They really made us feel welcome.

Improvement potential

Order the suite, come in the room and due to poor cleaning we decided to travel on immediately. The receptionists were supposed to scream even though the cleanliness at the hotel was poor. Customer friendly and service-oriented.

Vi beklager på det sterkeste at renholdet på suiten ikke var tilfredsstillende, og at dette førte til at dere valgte å avslutte oppholdet umiddelbart. Dette er langt fra den standarden vi ønsker å levere.

Bathroom could be cleaner, towels very low quality. It could be uugraded the whole facility. Personal helpful.

In the middle of the butter

Very positive experience to stay at Scandic in Drammen. We were warmly welcomed, both in writing in advance and when we stood at the reception. The breakfast was great. Especially the lady was pleased. She's never had fresh-cooked gluten-free pancakes before. Nor had she seen such a large selection in gluten-free food! The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful!

Shorts economy rooms

The economy is the worst room i have ever rented, no ventilation, its a big concrete block holding steady 30 degrees+! Even with the Windows open. And if the heat dosent kill you the 100s of seagull constantly screaming outside the window you are forced to have open will.
And the parking here sucks so add 200-400 per day in parking fees
