We were met with friendly personnel on the front desk when checking inn and out.
The room was clean, spacious and beds comfortable
Breakfast was okey
Parking area also okey but pricy!

Most things ok, but room small and sterile. Booked double room w double bed, but it was clearly two single beds pushed together.

Central location and lovely staff - recommend

Not the worst experience I've ever had. On the upside the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. There was enough seating in the lobby for most of us to have somewhere to sit while waiting for pick ups etc. I was able to leave my luggage in a locker as I came too early. The 'business' room had two big windows and was incredibly spacious and had lots of natural light. It was also incredibly clean - a really nice surprise. The breakfast provided a lot of choices and I found things that worked for me. Sadly no real coffee and only machines. I was also able to eat my breakfast outside overlooking the beautiful cathedral which was a real bonus.
The not so good? Breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were cold. The room thermostat must not have been working as I had to ask for a fan as it was quite hot. There is no phone in the room so you are not able to call the desk to ask for any assistance. As I was in a room that was quite a walk to reception, it was a real pain having to walk there and back every time I needed something. The common area carpets are absolutely disgusting and need to be steam cleaned urgently. The fridge didn't work and the temperature was not really cold enough to keep my medicine cold. This couldn't be rectified at the time and I can't help but wonderful if anything will be done about it for the next client.
The location is incredibly central to absolutely everything, the room was clean and spacious and the kids at reception really did a great job so on that front, I would go again and recommend it to others. The 3 starts are because it is good but not 'very' good yet. Needs some improvements before I would give it 4 stars but it's close.

Breakfast was super bad.
We where not about to get a child bed to our child even though we booked it. The he personal starter to argue with me even though there was no reason.
Will not want to book this place again.

Pleasant stay on vacation

Very friendly staff, the room was delicate and clean. The shutdown in the shower was tight, this they fixed immediately. The hotel is conveniently located to and near both shops, cafes, restaurants and the city beach. It was quiet both outside and at the hotel when we were here. There was nice atmosphere in the breakfast room and the selection was ok. What pulled down was the selection of the gluten free. Was just one type of bread slices, missing to be able to choose between a little more, and maybe round pieces. Plus - they had both small pieces of carrot cake and brownies that were gluten free.
