Villa Baneheia is super

Centrally located in Kristiansand and especially close to the city's best bathing spot: Baneheia 3.Print (see photos). Also close to the city center. Super sweet hostess, clean and tidy, large kitchen, own terrace, free parking.

Nice apartment in Kristiansand

Leased for 2 nights in August 2026: Nice cellar apartment, clean and decent, with central location in Kristiansand. Nice service.
Recommended - we will be happy to return!

Refused the stay of the landlord, one week before arrival.

I sent the landlord a message via Booking and asked how the kitchen and bathroom solution was, as this was not clear enough in the ad. The answer I got was that I could cancel the stay.
One week before the stay the landlord asked me to cancel my booking, with a simple question. The landlord thought I was dissatisfied before the stay and therefore did not want to risk a bad review. I explained countless times that I wanted to rent, but that I only had one question. The conversation then became very unserious and cunning from the landlord's side. The landlord also felt that it was no problem to find a new place at the same price. It was not, unless you would live well outside the city centre, which was not relevant for my part.

Super

Very good place Villa Baneheia, we rented for one night in connection with a funeral. Cosy, clean, all equipment, we were very happy with our stay. Good with own parking. Warm and good even though it was cold outside. Would definitely recommend this place

Worst visit on our Norwegian tour!!

This is the absolute worst place i’ve stayed at in Norway. There is not clean sheets, not parking spot and NOT WATER IN THE SINK?!
I would not recommend anyone to stay at this «villa». This is more like a poor motel.
The owner is also a rude b****. Didnt care about our 5 yr old son, and called him a «shitkid»
