The room was very bare. Not even a glass to use for water. No kettle. All the sounds from the street made it hard to sleep. Mattress slides off the bed I had to re-adjust all the time.

Unfortunately, the facility is in very poor condition, and the overall level of cleanliness was also disappointing.
I stayed on the 5th floor, where the corridor carpet was visibly dirty and appeared not to have been vacuumed for quite some time. I stayed for three nights, and my room was not cleaned at all during my stay. Perhaps the hotel does not offer daily room cleaning, but this was not clearly communicated.
The bathroom was very basic, and the shower was not in good condition. There was also a lamp above the sink that was not working.
Overall, the stay was not particularly pleasant, and considering the price of approximately $200 per night, I do not believe it offered good value for money. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

Good location, good service + Alinaa!! But theres a creepy worker

It was okay! good location, good service and they have awesome alina. She made my stay amazingly comfortable and was really kind, overall made the hotel experience a lot better but a downside is a worker named eneo, im 19 traveling alone and he messaged me through my private phone number without me giving him permission to. I hope that the women there stay safe and be careful around him

Not a positive experience.

Hotel location very convenient, but the room did not meet expectations. Zero soundproofing. It was impossible to sleep. Shower full of hair. In general, it is not worth what we paid.

Poorly Managed and Disappointing Stay

Very disappointing experience.
I arrived late at night and found that my assigned bed was already occupied, so I had to take another available bed. There were also no towels in the room. I was exhausted and went straight to sleep, but in the morning I couldn’t properly shower and get ready.
I went to reception, explained that there were no towels and that I was checking out soon, and asked them to please bring towels to my room. When I came back, nothing had been delivered.
The toilet in the room was also not working properly and was blocked by other guests.
What made the experience worse was the complete lack of customer care. At check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been okay — just “thank you” and that was it.
Overall, the stay felt poorly managed and I would not choose this place again.
