A pleasant stay at Hasle Linie

We stayed one night at Quality Hotel Hasle Linie in mid-June 2026.
We were pleased to receive a spacious accessible room on a higher floor, exactly as requested.
The room was modern, stylish, and comfortable, with a cool Scandinavian-inspired design. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the large bathroom was a highlight, offering plenty of space and excellent water pressure in the shower.
Coffee is available in the lobby, but we do appreciate having a Nespresso machine in the room for that first cup in the morning.
The breakfast offered a good selection, but we would have loved an extra hour on Saturdays and Sundays to enjoy a more relaxed start to the day.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. If we find ourselves in this part of Oslo again, we would happily return.

Service

Bad service, beware! We had a superior room for three nights. It was ice cold there the first night, we pointed this out the first night and they said they would raise the temperature. The second night just as cold, our little 5-month-old son had very cold cheeks and hands, we needed to put on a hat and gloves on a summer day. At night I went down to the reception and asked the staff to come to the room to feel how cold it is. Then they admitted that there was something wrong with the ventilation. We got a new room but smaller, a double room since nothing was available. They said we would get 2 nights back. We haven't received anything back, and furthermore, they don't answer emails and they refer to different people on the phone. Nobody takes responsibility!

Great hotel

The room very nice and the bed so comfy. The breakfast is tasty as well. The staffs are helpful. If you have car I recommend here.

Perfect stay in a quiet area of Oslo

Good breakfast, nice and friendly personal, quiet area with short way to public transport to the city center and rest of the city areas.

Well the Hotel is Brilliant, rooms are specious and clean, food like breakfast is really good and nice, also reasonable value for money, just 12 minutes to city centre with reliable trains, ( 6-8 ) minutes walk to the underground train station , Hotel surrounded with residential blocks of Flats , booking through the hotel reception much cheaper obviously which is not applied to any hotels I suppose :)
