Clean and nice

Very friendly staff and nice and clean large room. The breakfast had a very good selection and the staff there were awesome! Great and easy check in and check out.

The room could have been cleaned better. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and the toilet wasn't clean enough. I didn't mind since we were only staying one night. The view from our room was very nice. Breakfast could have been better. It's a mid-range hotel.

Modern Hotel

The hotel is a short walk from the Helsfyr train station. Very popular with tour buses and next to a major stadium. Lots of construction in the area. Rooms were modern but not many placed to store clothes (some hooks provided etc.). No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Coffee machine in the lobby (23 NOK per cup). Rooms had AC but never used as the weather was cool. Mini fridge in the room together with safe. Two utilitarian chairs in the room as well as a desk.
Breakfast was very good with hot and cold buffet. Breakfast busy with tour traffic but quite quiet after 0830h (breakfast closes at 0930h).
