I recommend Folven adventure camp

I really don't know what the other person ment by giving this camping one star. The camping is located between beautiful mountains and a relaxed atmosphere. The cabins are cosy, and we'll equipped.
The staff are very helpful too. We had problems with our car and they turned every rock upside down to help us on our way.
We will be back next year.

Stink hut

Cabin for 4 people, very outdated and poorly maintained. Odor of moisture and mold is not hardenable. Owner doesn't answer any questions. Stay out of here!

Lack of maintenance!

All of Folven Camping facilities suffer from serious lack of maintenance. The cabins are in a poor state, both the buildings it self and interior. Service building are dirty and very cramped. I would look for another place to spend the night, it's not worth it.

Nice little campsite in a beautiful location with loads of sports to do

The cabins had everything needed for a basic stay. There is also a small supermarket and gas station across the road with the option to charge electric vehicles.
There's so much to do - mountain biking (there's a new trail which is being extended), via ferrata, climbing and you can also trail run on the Napen trail (which is also used for mountain biking). This is probably the most beautiful trail I've ever seen. It is also close to the summer ski station and not too far away from gairanger fjord. The whole concept of the place is around sports, and it is quite cheap.

Do not recommend

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the most inexpensive cabin (500 nok) and it's the least cosy cabin I've ever seen, yet not particularly cheaper than others. It's like they've made absolutely no effort into making it a pleasant stay. The cabin didn't even provide proper chairs, just small stools. It was freezing cold inside, but we couldn't plug in the radiator immediately because we couldn't use it as the same time as the refrigerator and the one and only boiling plate, and wanted to cook dinner immediately. The kitchenware is virtually non-existent. I could go on and on with everything that is lacking here. Sure, the location is pretty, but you really get no value for money here. Choose another camping facility for your stay in Stryn.
