Good budget hostel. However location is quite far from centre

It was easy to check in, I had no problem logging in. The hostel is comfortable, and clean. It's nice to be given towels, and they have lockers in the rooms, a little small but to store the important stuff it works. Both the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. It is a 20 minute walk from downtown, and you have collective stop one block from the hostel. I liked that it was comfortable and very quiet the place. It had nice views too.
About the distance, although it is not far from the center, if you go in winter and there is snow or the weather is ugly it can be a very long and heavy road, in the end you have to climb a slope that becomes heavy. You also have no supermarkets nearby, the same as the center, 15 mins the nearest super.
I didn't like the room without a key, but we were few and they were all quiet.
And I thought I had booked a 2 bed (1 bunk bed) room, according to the pictures, but when I go to the room it was 4 beds (2 bunk beds). And in the reservation you never get clear about how many beds you can book the room so then you can not claim anything, as happened to me.

WARNING…MIGUEL RAMIREZ SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING A HOSTEL!

I was verbally abused threatened and physically intimidated by the owner Miguel Ramirez over very ordinary requests, requests that I have made at several other hostels Ive stayed at while here in Norway. Like for instance if they might have a private room available or if I can be placed with another female, may I request a bottom bunk since Im not that young and agile or do they have separate keys for each person sharing the room. Are those requests anger provoking???

no cleaning for the feet thick of snow for days, inch thick ice on the entrance at the entrance steps. The steps were so slippery that I felt and my knee got fracture.
Any problems contacting the owner, no response for hours.
No care at all all for the customers.
I will never come back and recommend

I loved to stay at this hostel. Super clean, comfortable beds, great shower, beautiful view from the balcony, kitchen and in the living room. I highly recommend it.
