Great Location, getting a bit old for "Luxury
Awesome location on a surprisingly inviting beachside location, ocean views from most rooms, reasonably well presented, yet getting a wee tatty for "Luxury" that they promote. Handy to cafes and great walks. Checkin easy, description a little confusing and tarrfis a tad high for what is on offer, at least free onsite parking is a welcome feature.

What a wonderful stay in Dunedin! From the moment I arrived, the property had everything I could have wanted — nothing was missing.
The location is absolutely perfect. Waking up to a stunning ocean view from the balcony was a real highlight, and stepping out for a morning/afternoon walk along the beach couldn't have been easier. It's also great to have coffee spots at both ends of the street — a lovely bonus whether you're heading out for the day or winding down in the evening. Great Italian restaurant close by - highly recommended.
But the standout for me? The bath. After a busy day, sinking into a deep soak with the gorgeous bath salts provided was pure bliss. It's a small touch that made a big difference and really set this place apart.
I'd highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dunedin. It ticks every box — location, views, and those wonderful little extras that make a stay truly memorable.

Lovely clean hotel with great views of the moon and sunrise from our ocean view room. Parking was easy. Took us a few attempts to get into the hotel from the carpark as the door latch seem to catch a little. Room was clean and well appointed with a comfy bed. TV took a while to respond and it took me a while to realise I needed to wait for it. Great amenities in the shower, though someone had already opened and used the bath salts that were provided. Great water pressure. Unfortunately the shower doesn't have a lip around it and the entire bathroom floor was soaked as water went everywhere. Really friendly and pleasant staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay
We stayed for 2 nights from the 25th of March in a luxury ocean view room. We were allocated 406 on the 4th floor. There was free underground parking with a lift to all floors, but spaces were limited, there was also parking out on the road if you were gone by the morning. There was a washing machine but no dishwasher or safe. The room was clean, smart TV but found the bed a little soft. We had breakfast around the corner at Starfish which was good. Overall, it was a comfortable stay
