Clean city hotel, unfortunately not central

The hotel including rooms look exactly like on the advertised pictures. It is a classic nice city hotel where all the rooms look alike. So not too exciting, but also no negative surprises. The staff was friendly and even when something in the room did not work they fixed it within 5-10 min. The breakfast buffet was good and the included pool is nice. Just later in the day there is too much shade so it is a bit cool to swim. The location of the hotel only makes sense if you have a car. It is outside the city, ca 20 min by car from the airport. The mall next door is not my cup of tea, also the restaurants feel more like better fast food places. For a proper dinner I would go somewhere else or stay in the hotel. The valet is amazing. They cleaned our car every evening even when we told them there is no need for it. All in all a nice stay.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Worst hotel stay in my life
Checked in at 4 am in the morbing and I was morning and I had the do not disturb sign at my door, completely visible.
The one who woke me up DIDNT apologize and told me they were authorized to open the door.
ITOLD AT THE RECEPTION TO DO NOT WAKE ME UP
These two men name are Majid and apu , and they are waking up the entire hotel without concerns if you check in at 9 pm yesterday or at 5 am in the morning. They are rude and disrespectful, didn’t even apologized once. I asked to speak with the manager this morning after it happened the first time but he was not available. I told the reception to mention that I DO NOT WANT to be disturbed while sleeping
If you value your sleep don’t come from this hotel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Great hotel near the airport in Muscat

Very nice and well-kept hotel, ideal for excursions to the Dynamat islands because it is very close to the port of embarkation or for the holiday weekend because it is 15/20 minutes from the Aeroporto.Zona very nice pool where we could safely stay in costume, breakfast among the best I have done in Oman.L hotel is attached to a modern shopping center where there are many proposals for dinner .Excellent value for money.

The hotel is truly very nice, with a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable surroundings, and excellent facilities. The food was delicious, and the restaurant experience was equally impressive — well-organized, pleasant, and enjoyable.
What truly made our visit special was Hassan, the Valet Parking Supervisor, and his entire team. From the moment we arrived, Hassan took care of us with genuine kindness, sincerity, and a strong sense of responsibility. His gentle manner, warm smile, and willingness to help immediately made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
People like Hassan are rare, and a supervisor like him is truly a blessing for any organization. His professionalism and human touch reflect very positively on the hotel as a whole. Heartfelt thanks to the management for valuing and supporting such wonderful individuals.
A hotel we would happily recommend and look forward to visiting again.
