Frustration

I'll tell you what my money is on the staff's attitude to guests. They took 3 numbers. Everyone had their own questions, ours with a separate room for children on the 1st floor, friends who took a panoramic view and which was not turned out, as everyone up to the 3rd floor obscures palm trees, there was a large room with a living room. After four days in the hotel, we definitely wouldn't be coming back. The only attraction was the wonderful beach line. But again, the sunbeds have been studying since 7am, we came by our company after breakfast at 9.30am and asked for some space, because half the sunbeds had things but no people. Employees quickly resolved this issue removed people's belongings and provided us, since according to the hotel to occupy without being present for more than 2 hours things are cleaned, but at 12 a company came whose belongings were there and began to crowd out relations with us, we pointed out to them that we were provided with these sunbeds and all questions to Staff - but aggressive attitude was expressed in our direction as well.
Back to the rooms - the rooms seem fresh but there are some flaws everywhere, but the most frustrating thing is some soggy ground with patches of grass by the balcony - although it's called garden exit - and in the evening you sit on the balcony and it all catches your eye. We had to ask for robes, etc., to move in. But the bigger disappointment was with friends who paid a very large amount of money for a view room - as a result, the bedroom windows overlooked the kitchen from where the bags were taken out, our request to replace the room was not heard, there were photo messengers to the agent and then the issue was already being solved on another level, provided the room slightly better than the previous one , but it also had its own joints and side sea view. As the vacation was coming to an end made the decision to move and that was it. But the day before we left, we were called to a top executive to purportedly apologize, but the conversation was more like an accusation against us that we were such jerks and we didn't like anything. And since we called the agent on the last night we are provided with a villa with its own swimming pool - we seemed to have to check out at 8 in the morning. We just snorted and left.
Neither the food... had previously vacationed in Mandarin - of course there's a level higher. First of all, we remembered more than once to bring the order (and for breakfast you order eggs, toast and you are brought) and last time they brought a completely unfried omelet it spread - while it was waited for more than an hour - they admitted that they forgot and so realized what they did on a quick hand.

Exceptional service - housekeeping

Our housekeeping attendant Hossein was exceptional. He was so kind, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. He paid close attention to who was staying in the room and anticipated our needs, so we rarely had to call or ask for anything. It made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free.
One of the highlights was his creativity. Every day, we returned to our room to find a fun towel or decoration that put a smile on our faces. Those thoughtful touches really made our experience special.
He kept our room spotless, comfortable, and welcoming every day. His attention to detail, warm personality, and outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated all of his hard work and would like to thank him for making our visit so memorable.

Kayak trip with the best lifeguard Vinay.

Best lifeguard Vinay was very good and very nice. He was very accommodating, and helpful. He guided and helped us throughout it all. He was very kind and the best lifeguard.
