Exceptional service, thoughtful hospitality, amazing Kids Club

Our stay at JW Marriott Muscat was truly exceptional and one of the best service experiences we have had within the Marriott chain.
One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing Kids Club. A special thank you to Minoosh and Viway for their exceptional care, enthusiasm, and professionalism in supervising the children. As parents, this was the greatest benefit of our holiday. Knowing our children were happy, engaged, and well looked after allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation.
Thank you to the entire JW Marriott Muscat team for an unforgettable stay—we look forward to returning.

Lovely home-like hotel in Muscat

Location was very convenient since I was attending the 2026 OPES. This is my preferred hotel anytime I visit Muscat. It has a good atmosphere, very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Mr Ranueer and Mr Sami for their great service at CATCH Restaurant. The hotel is very affordable for the quality service you get. Highly recommended

Amazing summer camp

My son & his friends spent a month at their summer camp. The timings were incredible for working parents. Started at 8:30 and continued until 4.
They offered many fun activities that kept the kids going including many hotel oriented experiences they wouldn't get anywhere else (they were able to find out what it was like working in the industry plus much more).
Big thanks to Manoosh for her constant communication and support through thick and thin.

Executive business lounge

The service was excellent. Ashish, Thu Thu, and Chand were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel comfortable throughout our visit and provided great customer service. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
