Highly satisfactory except for a few improvements as mentioned above.

Overall atmosphere is good. Staff is courteous. Rooms are spacious. Cleaning is very good. The only issue is air conditioning in the lobby which needs to be improved significantly. Further, breakfast should start at least 15 minutes earlier at 6.45 instead of 7.

Nice hotel

We stayed at this hotel only one night during our recent trip to Pakistan for tourism.
Very spacious and clean room in Baroque style
Excellent quality of sleep
Breakfast in the norms
Very friendly staff; it was the only hotel we stayed at that offered us a welcome drink and a complimentary
A little cramped the part in front of the entrance
Would stay again.

Review of Indus Hotel

This was my first visit to Indus Hotel, although I’ve known about it for a long time through recommendations from many friends and colleagues who have stayed here.
My initial impression was quite positive, especially during the booking process. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations, particularly considering the cost of the stay.
There were several service issues:
Room service was significantly delayed
The cooling system was not functional
There was no internet service
In the mini-bar, the sugar packets were close to their expiry date
Given the premium charges, I believe the hotel should focus more on delivering the level of service guests expect. My sincere suggestion is to enhance the overall service quality and ensure that the amenities provided are up to standard.
I hope to see improvements in the future.

For one night is fine

It seemed a bit dated with attempts to modernize in a somewhat redundant style... and the plastic covering the new headboard still attached. To access the rooms you pass by a courtyard dressed up with palm trees and plastic fish and the elevators look more like freight elevators. The rooms are still large and spacious and in my case (no. 208) quiet at night; the bathroom was decent. Average catering. The staff very courteous and with constant presence of armed vigilantes. At the back of the hotel unfortunately a sort of dump...

Basic hotel

I am giving a mark taking into account that this is a hotel in Hyderabad, very far from being a tourism hotspot, and a three star hotel. I got an executive room, quite large, clean bed, not towards the noisy street. No welcome pack except water bottles. Room service was very fast when required. Bathroom was basic, with the bottom of the bathtub being unstable and towels just barely clean. They provide sanitary and dental kit. No cutlery in the room if you want to peel a fruit. Breakfast included but barely drinkable coffee for someone used to coffee, and limited options (the milk I had my corn flakes with was hot). Overall not a place to book a room at if you have better options, but there are not many others in Hyderabad. The low price - 23000 rupees for an executive room - is another consideration.
