Below average hotel

Really untidy hotel room and bathroom with lack of facilities. Staff is unprofessional. They do not provide everything they write in their hotel description.

Booked 3 rooms. All were filthy with mold on walls, insects all over, pealing wall paper.

Executive suite with dirty rooms, broken amenities, no Wi-Fi, and poor service. Avoid.

Worst experience. We booked the executive suite after seeing high rating which are probably lies and were expecting some decent facilities for the price they charge. We payed 11k for one night and got this instead :
1- dirty bathroom
2- shower was not working
3- dirty towel , literally had a stain on it
4- bedsheets were having dust on them
5- wifi was not working
6- no washroom slipper
7- no kettle in our room , we have a baby and needed warm water for his milk. We had to ask the staff again and again for the basic stuff.
8- tv was not working
9- they do not have proper staff , just 2 boys who work 24/7.
10- Phone was not connected, damaged phone-line was left open which is very dangerous and also had to go downstairs to call staff.
11- wifi was not working
This place made me so nauseated , we skipped the breakfast because didn’t want to make ourselves disappointed anymore. I was with my wife and son and didnt have the mental capacity to argue or fight with staff about issues after a long flight so gave them payment and left. But want other people to save their time and money and dont get deceived by their fake advertisement.
We booked this place because it was near the airport and had 9.1 rating on booking.com which i am not sure how they are getting this much positive reviews , it is a scam probably.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tulip Capital Hotel. The overall cleanliness was shockingly poor — rooms were not properly maintained, surfaces were dirty, and basic hygiene standards were clearly ignored. It felt uncomfortable staying there.
The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my visit. Requests were either delayed or completely ignored, and there was a lack of basic courtesy and hospitality that you would expect from any hotel.
As for the management, Ali Haider Sahi did not handle concerns appropriately. There was no accountability, and issues were brushed aside rather than resolved.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or decent service.

Pathetic service

Worst hotel ever. No electricity, no working phone, no iron, nothing. Had to walk from 4th floor just to get water. Breakfast was raw eggs and stale bread. Total scammers. Avoid at all costs.
