Misleading Photos & Unacceptable Environment – Not for Families!
Upon my guest's arrival, they found that the hotel was not suitable for families. The entire premises had strong smells of alcohol and cigarette smoke, and the environment was inappropriate, with young men bringing in girls. It was more of a dating spot or an hourly rental hotel rather than a family-friendly establishment. Additionally, the hotel’s current condition was far below the standard presented on Booking.com, with outdated and misleading images.
Due to these issues, my guest decided not to check in and requested a refund for the two nights I had already paid for. The reception staff initially stated that the manager was unavailable and that they would need to speak with him regarding the refund. However, when the manager finally responded, he refused to issue a refund—even though my guest never checked in.

1. Non-Refundable Payment Terms: At the time of booking, you were clearly informed—and you agreed—that the advance payment was non-refundable, as per our policy. This was communicated to you in writing before the payment was made.
2. Room Photos & Transparency: You were sent updated images of the exact room your guest would be staying in prior to arrival. There was no misrepresentation—only a clarification that the room setup may differ slightly from promotional images on third-party platforms. Despite being informed, you chose to proceed with the booking.
3. Guest Did Not Check In: Your guest never stayed at our hotel. They left the same day due to personal reasons and not due to the hotel’s condition. A refund was requested afterward, which we respectfully declined, in line with the agreed terms.
4. False Allegations: After the refund request was denied, threats of a negative review followed. Accusations about the environment and clientele are completely false and fabricated. On the date in question, we were proudly hosting a student group from NUST University, and 14 of our rooms were booked by them. This alone refutes any claim of “inappropriate” hotel activity.
We welcome genuine feedback that helps us improve, but we will not tolerate false narratives meant to pressure us into issuing refunds against policy. Our team works hard to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all our guests—including families and student groups.
