Nice Hotel

Our booking was cancelled at 11th hour by another hotel. I searched this hotel online and called them when I was on our way to Murree. The reception person I forgot to ask the name was very courteous and booked a room on just a call. The room included breakfast. I called several times and every time my queries were answered.
I was not expecting the hotel to be that far from Murree almost 6-7km. We reached at night, the room was clean, a tv and heater was provided. The washroom was clean too. It did not have a balcony though, only large windows facing the restaurant and lawn.
It was 10 30 pm when we reached so we decided to eat at their restaurant, ordered mixed vegetable, grilled steak, chowmein, fried rice and kung pao chicken.
Kids didn't eat Chinese food they found it a bit spicy, taste was okay,Kung pao did not have any peanuts, steak was pretty okay not grilled but Pakistani mixed vegetable was fine.
Staff was courteous and we were asked remarks about the food. Restaurant was and cutlery was clean too.
They have bonfire facility but charges are way too high. I would have appreciated if this facility was free of cost for in house guests.
We had a small issue with bathroom which was quickly fixed. We slept comfortably through the night. Hot water is available but you have to wait for 4-5 minutes.
Wifi worked fine through out the stay. Next morning there were horses in the hotel for kids to ride, kids enjoyed the ride and the guy who owned the horse was very kind too.
Breakfast was complementary. We opted for the pan cake breakfast with some extra charge. Kids loved the pancakes, overall breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
Tea was too good we ordered more.
It was a short stay but a pleasant one. Hope they maintain their standards and courtesy in future too.

The worst hotel! Stay away!

This hotel is a complete waste of money for the price range.
No wifi
Dirty room
Dirty toilet
No shops
No good food. Had to wait for 2 hours only to get one kind of rice
Terrible , costly breakfast and dinner!
Not friendly stuff
Only receive cash
No isolated room. The room, bath feel so cold
Lots of stairs, not suitable for traveler with suitcases
No tea/coffee facility in the room
No mineral water
You‘re in the middle of no where. No other restaurants, shops near by. So if you stay here, you‘re stuck here. The effort to go here is not worth at all. Pakistan is clearly not ready to take international tourists. If you are concerned about hygiene, never come to Pakistan especially this hotel! It is so disgusting that I felt too disgusted to take pictures of this place.

Good Isolated 3 star Resort Hotel

I stayed in Arcadian Blue Pines in June 2019. Booking was made advance as they have a central booking office in Islamabad who is quick in reply by email, provide account details for payment and sending confirmations. Hotel is actually a resort with isolated rooms in groups at different locations on hill top, So one can have a privacy. Rooms were neat and clean. Although NO TV and Fan! They provided us floor fan due to hot weather. The temperate in June was 25C in a day and 15-18 C in night. Evenings were chilly and one must have warm cloths. Rooms are not disabled friendly as one has to walk up above hill from car park to get to room. They were having a restaurant, but usually you can sit outside lawn & can order your own breakfast / lunch / dinner. Food was good in terms of your secluded location on Mountain. Muree city is near by 5 minute drive and all places like Patriata Chair lift, Mall Road, Children park and Ayubia / Nathia GALI were few minutes drive. They were having broadband although some time slow and disconnected intermittently.
